Authorizations
Some medical services require authorization from Adeslas. Therefore, if one of our medical professionals prescribes any medical test, you must provide us with the prescription so that we can manage its authorization.
The tests that require medical authorization are:
- Hospital admissions
- Medical tests
- Rehabilitation
- Clinical psychology
- Authorization commitment within a maximum of two business days
You can quickly and conveniently authorize your tests by taking a photo through your Client Area. If you prefer, you can also authorize your tests through the Adeslas Health and Wellness app.
Copayments
No copayments for service usage.
Waiting Periods
All included guarantees are immediately accessible except for those that have a specific waiting period to enjoy their benefits, which can vary between 3 and 8 months.
